Conquer Quality Denver Singles Mania
You guys know I bottle things up inside, because its hard to date at my age. Get this, this morning I ate a whole bag of Oreos. On a weekend of datelessness, for once. You better believe it was great. Am I crazy? Actually, it’s when I initially looked into getting out to date in Denver or Dallas.
I already knew the solution. Figured I’d boost my dating life with a matchmaking service like Great Expectations Dallas. Probably never sounded better. Why do I bring it up? After practically choking down some of grandma’s potato salad at my 40th birthday in Denver yesterday, Jim had to know if I have yet to win a special lady. I just can’t believe that came up. So, I said, “what’s your deal, yo?”
Can you believe that even The Old Tooter (aka: grandpa) chimed in along the lines of marriage. I quipped to the whole group: “Dating isn’t for me, but you would bring that up.”
Do you have any idea what happened next? They smiled politely. Perturbed, I rang Margaret to put my dating woes behind me. What a waste of time! I would have learned more by asking my son. My cousin, who recently moved to Italy offered his opinion that I mingle at singles events by Great Expectations. I said, “Fine, okay.” What a relief. I will never regret joining the Denver Singles Events at Great Expectations.
At the time, dating events were new as I am a simple guy. This was all really foreign to me, that my hands started sweating. My slight disaster couldn’t pull the plug on the evening. The evening was full of crazy-fun mingling. The greatest most memorable part of it all was the other members, some who are my new friends.
It wasn’t long before I was regularly mingling at these splendid Great Expectations Denver singles events, I ran into some great people that must have similar ideas when talking about real-world dating. I really shouldn’t allow anyone get on my back about being single. Awesomely enough, doing things with Great Expectations is enjoyable and just what I’ve been looking for.
